One 8x10 Watercolour Painting of your House or Cottage
All paintings are done by Casey Snyder in her style on watercolour paper.
After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with a form to collect information and you can upload your photos. Please note: If I believe that your artwork would require more than the allotted time for production, this will be discussed, and additional charges may apply.

Additional Options:
You have the option to add an additional one digital file copy (no watermark, to print your own) for $50 or one printed 8x10 copy for $75. If you do not require a digital file or an additional printed copy, please select 'No Additional Option' in the drop down menu.
If you require more than one additional printed copy, please make a note in your order and I will create an invoice for that specific request.

Orders are on a first come first serve basis. I schedule in 5 commissions at a time. Your place in my schedule will be emailed to you after you purchase. If you need it in hand by a particular date, please email before ordering to inquire.
Shipping is available internationally.
Free shipping is provided to Canada and United States with my chosen provider including tracking and insurance.
We are not responsible for any damages or loss that occur during shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, including but not limited to weather, that occur during shipping. We do not cover the cost of customs or any other fees associated with shipping.
International: Please allow time for shipping, as items may get held up in your countries customs. We are not responsible for any delays that occur once the item has shipped. International taxes and fees may apply.
